These projects and publications were made possible by strong partnerships with fellow leaders in the movement to end sexual, domestic, and dating violence.

Level Up for Change (2021)

A partnership with the South Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, Level Up for Change is a comprehensive teen dating violence prevention website that aims to increase understanding of ways to promote healthy relationships and provide strategies to reduce the likelihood of sexual violence among youth.

Not Anymore for Employees (2016)

Not Any More, a suite of interactive online programs through Student Success, uses the realities of student life to help prevent interpersonal violence. One of those programs, Not Anymore for Employees, was created in partnership with Juliette Grimmett, MPH, of the Chrysalis Network. Drawing on Juliette’s 20 years of violence prevention work, the program is designed to empower employees to provide effective and caring response to students or colleagues who disclose being affected by interpersonal violence.

Harassment Free NC (2018)

Co-founded by Juliette Grimmett and Amy Circosta (Seven & Nine Consulting), Harassment Free NC is a movement — a tangible cultural shift — sweeping across our state and redefining expectations around how communities respond to and prevent sexual harassment. Harassment Free NC uniquely collaborates with businesses to create and maintain a culture free from sexual harassment.

My Masculinity Helps (2013)

My Masculinity Helps explores the role of African American men and boys in the prevention of sexual violence. It shows African American male allies (psychologist, professor, peer educator, attorney, pastor, athlete, middle and high school students, activist) demonstrating understanding and support for survivors of sexual violence. Strategies for assistance and prevention are provided. Survivors also share their stories and what has helped them. The film serves as a counter-narrative to often inaccurate and misleading portrayals of African American masculinity. Our goal is to engage boys and men in the deconstruction of gender roles, masculinity, and power and in the prevention of sexual violence. It can be used in schools, colleges, and athletic, professional, community, and faith-based organizations.

CULTURE OF RESPECT CORE CONSTRUCTS TOOLKIT (2016)

Juliette Grimmett was the CORE Constructs Consulting Developer for the Culture of Respect CORE Constructs Toolkit, a suite of six guides organized around the pillars of the CORE Blueprint. Culture of Respect is a NASPA initiative that builds the capacity of educational institutions to end sexual violence through ongoing, expansive, organizational change.
